1. Outdoor Environment Acknowledgement

Participants acknowledge that all sessions take place outdoors in a natural environment, which may include uneven ground, grass, mud, tree roots, and other natural hazards.

By attending, you accept that there is an increased risk of slips, trips, and falls compared to indoor environments.

2. Assumption of Risk

By participating in ParkFit sessions, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with outdoor physical activity, including but not limited to:

* Slips, trips, and falls

* Weather-related conditions

* Physical exertion and injury

3. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

* Wearing appropriate footwear and clothing

* Bringing water and suitable equipment (e.g. mats)

* Exercising within their own ability

Participants must follow all instructions given by the instructor.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate and will inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions prior to the session.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkFit accepts no liability for:

* Injury sustained during participation

* Loss or damage to personal belongings

* Incidents arising from the natural outdoor environment

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkFit from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

7. Weather & Environmental Conditions

Sessions may be cancelled or adjusted due to unsafe weather conditions. Participants are responsible for checking official updates prior to attending.Please Note That In Poor Weather If We Can Not Move Inside The Session Will Be Cancelled. Please Check On Our Facebook Page Before Heading To The Session.

8. Third-Party Location

Sessions take place in a public park. ParkFit is not responsible for:

* The condition or maintenance of the park

* Actions of other park users

* Facilities provided by third parties

9. Instructor Role

Instructors are responsible for delivering sessions safely but participants remain responsible for their own actions and physical limits.

10. Agreement

By booking and attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
