Your £5 booking includes one activity during your chosen one-hour session.

Fancy doing more? Simply book additional sessions to enjoy even more activities!

If you don't quite finish your activity during your session, don't worry! You're welcome to take it into the Tea Room afterwards to complete while enjoying a drink or refreshment.

Please note: While we aim to offer all three activities at every session, there may occasionally be days where only two activities are available. There will always be a choice of at least two activities, along with plenty of games, entertainment and character fun to enjoy!

👸🧚 Our Princesses and Fairies will rotate throughout the holidays, so every visit is a little different. If you're lucky, you might even get to meet all three characters at the same event!

☀️ On warmer days, part of the session may take place outdoors, making the most of the beautiful surroundings of Eastbrookend Country Park.

Everyone is welcome to stay! Parents, carers, mums, dads, grandparents, aunties, uncles and guardians are all invited to relax in the Tea Room or join in the fun.

👶 Pushchairs are very welcome, making it easy for families with younger children to attend.

Fairy Sparkle & Superhero Chase's Holiday Club Terms & Conditions

By booking a session with Fairy Sparkle & Superhero Chase's Holiday Club at Eastbrookend Country Park Tea Room, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Supervision & Safeguarding

* This is not a childcare or drop-off service.

* A parent, carer or responsible adult must remain with their child at all times throughout the session.

* Children remain the sole responsibility of their accompanying adult.

* Our staff are there to lead activities and provide entertainment. They are not qualified teachers or childcare practitioners and are not providing childcare.

* Children must never be left unattended.

* If a child is left without a responsible adult, we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask the child and accompanying adult to leave without a refund.

2. Age Guidance

Our Holiday Club is designed for families to enjoy together.

Everyone is welcome to attend Fairy Sparkle & Superhero Chase's Holiday Club. Our activities are primarily designed for children aged 4 years and over, as they include materials such as paint, slime and food ingredients.

Younger children are welcome to attend when supported by a parent or carer throughout the activities. Parents are responsible for deciding whether an activity is suitable for their child's age and ability.

Children under 4 who remain in a pushchair or are observing the session do not require a ticket. However, if a younger child joins in with any of the activities, including toddlers who are out of their pushchair and participating, they must have their own valid ticket.

* Slime making is recommended for children aged 4 years and over.

* Craft activities using acrylic paints are recommended for children aged 4 years and over.

* Younger children are welcome to attend and enjoy the entertainment, but participation in these activities is at the discretion of their accompanying parent or carer, who must supervise them at all times.

3. Booking Information

* Each booking is £5 per child, per activity.

* Each activity lasts approximately one hour.

* Your booking includes one activity only.

* If you wish to take part in additional activities, an additional booking is required.

* Spaces are limited and booking is recommended.

4. Activities

Activities may include:

* Cake Decorating

* Slime Making

* Crafts

* Singing

* Dancing

* Games

* Character Meet & Greets

Whilst we aim to offer all advertised activities at every session, there may occasionally be circumstances where not all three activities are available.

There will always be a minimum of two activities available, together with games, entertainment and character interaction.

Activities, characters and session content may be amended or substituted without prior notice.

5. Character Appearances

Every session will include a Superhero.

Princesses and Fairies will rotate throughout the holidays.

If you're lucky, you may even meet all three characters during your visit.

Character appearances are subject to availability.

6. Outdoor Activities

On suitable weather days, part of the session may take place outdoors within Eastbrookend Country Park.

Please ensure children wear suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather.

7. Slime Activity

Slime is provided for entertainment purposes only and is recommended for children aged 4 years and over.

Please ensure:

* Children are supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.

* Slime is not eaten.

* Slime is kept away from eyes, mouth and hair.

* Hands are washed after use.

Eastbrookend Country Park Tea Room cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to clothing, furniture or personal belongings once slime has left the activity area.

8. Craft Activities

Some craft activities use acrylic paints and are recommended for children aged 4 years and over.

Please note:

* Acrylic paints may permanently stain clothing and fabrics.

* We strongly recommend children wear old clothing suitable for crafting.

* Disposable aprons will be available where possible.

* We cannot guarantee clothing will remain stain-free.

* We cannot accept responsibility for stained or damaged clothing.

9. Cake Decorating & Allergies

Please note:

* Our cakes are not gluten-free.

* Our cakes are not vegan.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

* Wheat (Gluten)

* Eggs

* Milk

* Soya

* Nuts

If your child has allergies or dietary requirements, please speak to a member of staff before booking.

10. Lighting & Sensory Information

Please be aware that some sessions may include:

* Flashing or coloured disco lights

* Music

* Sound effects

If your child has epilepsy, light sensitivity, sensory sensitivities or any medical condition that may be affected by flashing lights or loud music, please consider this before attending or speak to a member of our team.

11. Photography & Videography

Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish your child to appear in photographs or videos taken by us, please inform a member of staff before the session begins.

Parents and carers are welcome to take photographs and videos of their own child(ren) during the event. To help protect the privacy of all families, we kindly ask that:

* Photographs and videos are taken only of your own child(ren).

* Please ensure no other children are visible or identifiable in your photographs or videos without the permission of their parent or carer.

* Where possible, please take photographs in a quieter area or position your child so they are photographed on their own or against a clear background.

* Please be mindful of other families and avoid disrupting activities while taking photographs.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us provide a safe and respectful environment for all families.

12. Behaviour

We want everyone to enjoy a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone displaying unsafe, abusive, aggressive or disruptive behaviour to leave the event without refund.

Children are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions during activities.

13. Personal Property

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owners.

Eastbrookend Country Park Tea Room, Fairy Sparkle & Superhero Chase and their staff cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.

14. Liability

Whilst every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, participation in all activities is undertaken at your own risk.

Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

Eastbrookend Country Park Tea Room, Fairy Sparkle & Superhero Chase and their staff cannot accept responsibility for:

* Minor accidents or injuries occurring during normal play or participation.

* Damage to clothing.

* Loss or damage to personal belongings.

* Incidents arising from a child's behaviour or failure to follow safety instructions.

* Circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

15. Medical Information

Parents and carers are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies or additional needs before participating.

Medication remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult, as our staff are unable to administer medication.

16. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or refund will be offered where appropriate.
